Santa Clause 2007

The boys were thrilled to see Santa. Christian was VERY specific about what he wanted for Christmas and was more than happy to tell Santa. Reid....well, he was just happy to be there:)

Christian turns 4 years old!

Christian had so much fun turning 4 years old! He loved having his birthday party with his family & friends.

The home improvement is moving right along. Windows/doors in, vents for heat/cool in, electricity being done, wood for floors delivered, kitchen wall demolished and kitchen window replaced...which is not shown in the picture. Still trying to decide on paint colors....

The boys had a great time picking out this year's Christmas tree. Christian is keeping his eye on a tree that is quite similar to Charlie Brown's Xmas tree. Reid's blanket would be perfect for the tree skirt. But....that's not the one we got.

Christmas is coming! The boys have decorated their little tree and they are very proud of it. The family tree and exterior lights won't happen until after Thanksgiving....why must I wait?

There is nothing like a good, strong box! Scott & I drank coffee and watched the boys having a blast. All injuries were minor!

Home Improvement

The concrete has been poured so it's offical, we're adding on!

The boys went their good friend's (Gavin) bowling birthday party. Christian would occasionally perform a little "bowling dance' for us.

Reid also has his own bowling style....as well as one of the slowest moving balls in history!

Oh my! The construction has begun! We are anticipating a completion date somewhere around the beginning of the year. Our backyard is proving to be excellent entertainment for the boys.....and neighbors & friends:) I hope to be able to post pics frequently of the progress.

October 31, 2007: Halloween

The boys had a great time on Halloween. We went Trick or Treating with neighborhood friends. This was the first year that both boys were able to fully participate. They loved knocking on doors, sticking out their buckets & having someone put candy in it. Scott & I felt like "parents" as we herded the kids down the street, reminding them to say "thank you" and to take the wrappers off the candy before they eat it.
